These terms govern your use of aptcruit.com. By using the site you accept them.
They do not govern our services. If you engage us as a client or work with us as a contractor, that relationship is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and apply to work with us.
You may not use it to send false or misleading information, submit an application on someone else’s behalf without their authority, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data from it by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may restrict access if we believe any of the above is happening.
Information on this site
We publish prices, timings and service terms on this site and we keep them accurate. They are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance.
The terms that bind us are the ones in your signed agreement. Where this site describes a commitment, such as replacement timings or notice periods, the contractual version is what applies, and we will send you the agreement before you sign anything.
Rates shown are starting prices in US dollars. What you pay depends on level and scope and is set in your Service Schedule.
We may change the content of this site at any time.
Submissions
When you submit an enquiry or an application, you confirm the information is accurate and is yours to provide.
Applying does not create any obligation on us to consider you for a role, present you to a client, or place you. We describe how we handle application data in our privacy policy.
Do not send us confidential information through this site. Our confidentiality obligations begin when an agreement is signed, not before.
Nothing on this site is an offer of employment. Professionals placed by us are engaged as independent contractors under a separate agreement.
Our content
The content of this site, including text, design, and our name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution.
You may not copy it substantially, reproduce it commercially, or present it as your own.
This is separate from work product. Anything produced for a client during an engagement belongs to that client, as set out in the Client Agreement.
Links
We link to third-party sites where they are useful, including sources we cite. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and working. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance or changes.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Liability relating to our services is dealt with in the Client Agreement and is not affected by this section.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
